No. 75 of April 7, No. 101 of May 12 and No. of May 21 last, I have the honour to inform Y... that I have this day received a Note from the Japanese Minister stating that the Enforcement of the Medical Inspection Regulations at Jepun & parts against vessels arriving from Hongkong Ports in China, Formoon, and the Pescadores is discontinued from today. I have notified British Subjects accordingly.
